Take a look at some of the damage left behind as storms rolled through the Carolinas on Monday, October 23rd.

On Tuesday, the National Weather Service in Greenville-Spartanburg (NWSGSP) confirmed EF2 tornadoes touched down in both Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties in South Carolina. Crews also confirmed an EF1 tornado touched down in southeast Rutherford County and traveled into Cleveland County, North Carolina.

Officials with the NWSGSP say they are continuing to survey damaged areas in Burke, Catawba, Alexander, and Caldwell Counties. Those findings should be available sometime Wednesday.
