Facebook Wants Users To Upload Nude Photos

Facebook has a new plan to combat the growing problem of revenge porn.
But there is a catch. It involves sending pictures of yourself in the buff directly to Facebook.
Here’s how it’s supposed to work.
If you’re worried someone might leak a sexually explicit without your consent, you can send Facebook a naked photo through Messenger.
Facebook reviews and “hashes” the image, which creates a numerical fingerprint of it that’s stored in a database.
Facebook can use that digital fingerprint to flag and block anyone from uploading the same picture.
There are some potential problems with this plan:
It only protects your pictures from being posted on Facebook and Instagram.
Also, Facebook can only match the pictures you send. So if you have more than one nude pic floating around, you have to send Facebook all of them.
