Mary Curtis: Unconstitutional Congressional District Maps

North Carolina lawmakers are headed back to the drawing board after redrawn district maps were ruled unconstitutional.

CHARLOTTE, NC — North Carolina lawmakers are redrawing the state’s Congressional district maps after judges ruled them as illegal partisan gerrymanders. They said they were drawn with to favor Republicans.
