Wilson’s World: Exploring the Craft of Handmade Denim Clothing at Carolina Denim Company

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Wilson was in Uptown Charlotte this morning on Cedar Street near Bank of America Stadium where he was taking us inside Carolina Denim Company.  The only place in Charlotte where hand-made jeans can be found are at Carolina Denim.  Stan Frasier, owner and founder of Carolina Denim joined Wilson to talk about his hand-made jeans  and go behind the scenes to see the great work he puts into his final product.

Not only do they make jeans, but also button downs, jackets, fleece sets and women’s dresses.  Their materials include a variety of denim including Japanese, Italian, Cone, and hand-woven selvedge denim from Indonesia.  And, their workspace is also their retail space.
