This is your invitation to “Come, Share our Joy!” with WONDERFUL HOMEMADE ITALIAN FOOD, VENDORS to shop, RIDES & GAMES, WINE TASTINGS, ENTERTAINMENT, SILENT & LIVE AUCTIONS.

The 4th Annual “Italian Idol” Talent Contest (you don’t have to be Italian to win) will be held on Saturday, May 21st, of the Festival, from 11:30am-2PM on the outside stage. There will be a Senior and Junior Division. Celebrity Judges will award the top 3 finalists with trophies and prize packages especially selected for aspiring entertainers.

Auditions for the “Italian Idol” Talent Contest are coming soon. Auditions take place APRIL 16th from 12-4PM in the Ministry Building. For more information go to: www.saintphilipneriitalianfest.org and click on TALENT, or call 803-370-0600.

This year the Festival will offer two “WINETASTINGS”, special reserved seating events held in the by-ticket-only bistro area (you must be at least 21 to purchase a ticket). Check the website for details.

Of course, the wonderful homemade Italian food will still be the main staple – especially the Festival’s “signature dish” of homemade sausage. There will be rides for the children – ride “bracelets” for Friday ($5) and for Saturday ($10 all day) will be sold in advance and at the festival ticket booths. On Friday evening will be the Angels and Saints Parade lead by the Famous Peanuts Gang. Followed by the coronation of the Little Prince and Princess Benvenuti. There are also vendor booths and tables to drop in and shop – everything from quilts and jewelry to paper goods, food establishments, arts and crafts and games

Again this year the 3 favorites will be take place, The Charitable Drawing, and the ever-popular Live & Silent Auctions will still delight crowds over the three-day event. . The live Auction will again be called by Allan Miller of WRHI’s Auction Show. And the entertainment, both indoor & outdoor, is non-stop…there’s something for everyone!
