‘TOTAL FOOD MAKEOVER’ FREE ONE-DAY EVENT AT HARRISON UMC-PINEVILLE JUNE 23RD -- PINEVILLE, NC -- “The Total Food Makeover” FREE One-Day Workshop will be held on Saturday, June 23RD, from 9 a.m. to noon in Hammill Hall at Harrison United Methodist Church. Come and transform the way you look at food, the way you shop, the way you eat, and the way you approach your health. Learn how to read food labels, shop in grocery stores, plan successful meals, and find out which customized nutrition plan is for you. Fuel your body for success! The workshop is led by Dr. David Schwartz, D.C. who has traveled across the United States and Canada learning cutting-edge nutrition and whole body health from some of the biggest health care centers in the world.
