Join Discovery Place on the third level of the Museum’s parking deck for a rare chance to observe the Transit of Venus as the planet Venus passes between the Earth and the sun. The transit will begin at 6:04 p.m. and last until the sun sets. The next Transit of Venus will not occur until December 2117, so don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity! Parking is free; Carol Grotnes Belk parking deck at 6th and Church Sts.
