The grand opening of the new traveling exhibit, Accidental Mummies of Guanajuato will be at the Natural Science Center of Greensboro Sat. July 14! This fascinating exhibit features a collection of 30 accidental mummies that were discovered over a 100 years ago in a Mexican city where deceased residents were naturally mummified in their crypts. Visitors will meet these mummies, learn how forensic science is used to study them and explore the culture that reveres and celebrates them. Exhibit runs Jul.14 - Dec.30, 2012.
