The 7th Annual Discover Anson BIKE RIDE will be held with registration beginig at 8:00 a.m. at Ansonville Elementary School; the ride will begin at 9:00 a.m. The annual ride for bicyclists includes the choice of a 30-mile ride which is mostly flat and suitable for the inexperienced rider, the 50-mile ride is hilly and a challenge to any experienced rider, and for those who aren't "faint-of-heart", there is the 75-mile ride that is 25 additional miles of a further test to your endurance. These rides are through the beautiful and scenic rolling hills and countryside of Anson County in the shadow of the southern Uwharries in prime leaf peeking season. Come out and test your stamina and enjoy the great outdoors of beautiful Anson County, NC
