Seen as thw weakest link in the southern economy, poor and landless farmers fought to gain their voice in a Society where they were knew slaves fared the worst, but recognized they had a "tough Row to Hoe". Meet Alfred, who suffers the greatest hostilities from fellow southerners in the planter class as he shares with you his version of the Antebellum American Dream and how he longs to become part of the very system he despises.
