The pass is valid for any day that the Speedway Christmas is open. Each pass is worth $20.

Each day a Speedway Christmas-themed picture will be hidden within the sports pages of foxcharlotte.com. 5 random users to click on the Speedway Christmas graphic and fill out a form with their personal information will be chosen as a winner. Every non-winning entry will be entered to win the Grand Prize. A new picture will be hidden each day 12/3-12/7 on foxcharlotte.com within the sports pages.
HOW TO WIN: No purchase necessary. Viewers will be invited to search foxcharlotte.com anytime between 12/3/12 and 12/7/12 to find the Speedway Christmas graphic as described above.
Winners will be chosen randomly from those who click on the hidden ad and complete an online form. Winners will be chosen at random from all other entries for the grand prize.
Only one entry per person. All entries must include the following: name, age, address, email address and phone number.
ELIGIBILITY: To win, you must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of North or South Carolina. No employee of Charlotte Motor Speedway (“Sponsors”) or FOX CHARLOTTE/WCCB-TV (“Station”), their affiliated companies, his or her spouse, or immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each shall be eligible to win. Immediate family members include, but are not necessarily limited to, parents, brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. Employees, or relatives of employees, of any television or radio station in the Charlotte Nielsen DMA or Charlotte Arbitron ADI are not eligible to win. Additionally, Station reserves the right to disqualify any other person from participation in the Contest where such participation would, in the sole opinion of Station, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the Contest. No person shall be eligible to win any contest conducted by the Station more than one time in any sixty-day period.
MISCELLANEOUS:
The prize winners consent to the use of their name, likeness and/or voice without further compensation for Station’s or Sponsor’s advertising, public relations and promotions purposes. By entering Contest, the winner gives Station and Sponsor full rights in perpetuity to broadcast, or distribute their name, likeness and/or voice, in any edited, distorted or altered form executed by Station, in any media including but not limited to broadcast television, radio and the internet, without any further compensation.
Station and Sponsor are not responsible for lost or destroyed entries.
Winner must provide WCCB with his or her social security number, complete a W-9 form, and must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Release and Waiver from all liability against WCCB, its sponsors, employees and affiliated companies for any injury or loss which may occur from the contestant’s participation in the contest or from use of any prize which is awarded.
Winners must claim their prize at the station Mon-Fri 9a-5p. Prizes not claimed by Dec. 21 at 5pm may be awarded to another entrant.
The Prize winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prize.
Station and Sponsor accepts no responsibility or liability for loss or damage due, in whole or in part, to the awarding, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or from participation in the Contest. Winner must sign an affidavit/waiver that releases Station and Sponsor, their affiliated companies and employees any and all liability and claims.
Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. Prize can not be substituted for cash value. Station’s decision with regard to all matters relating to Contest, including those matters not specifically addressed in these rules, shall be final. Prize not claimed in accordance with these rules will be forfeited and another winner will be selected by another random drawing.
Winners will be notified by phone or email no later than Tuesday, December 11, 2013 by 12 Noon.
