Matthews native and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Brooklyn Decker has been named the second hottest woman in the world by the magazine Maxim.

Singer Katy Perry topped the annual list.

Some of the more attractive women who fell behind Perry included Scarlett Johansson at #14, Angelina Jolie  at #38, Megan Fox  at #5 and last year’s winner, Olivia Wilde, at #20.

Recently, Decker was on the cover  of the 2010 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.

She is married to American tennis player Andy Roddick.
