Justin Bieber To Bring "Believe" Tour to Charlotte

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Justin Bieber is headed to the Carolinas next year. 

Bieber announced that he will be making stops in Charlotte and Greensboro for his "Believe" tour. 

His new album will be released in June.  The tour will kick off in Arizona and wrap up in Miami.
