Several new state laws went into effect on New Year's Day--involving things like daycare background checks and tougher penalties for stealing used cooking oil.  Those sound reasonable enough.  But in Kentucky, you're no longer allowed to set wild pigs free.  And in California, dogs are now prohibited from chasing bobcats.  Yeah, good luck with that one. 

So if you could legalize or outlaw anything you wanted what would it be?
