A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl is now a "terrorist threat" because she told a friend she was going to shoot her with a Hello Kitty bubble gun: a pink, plastic, bubble-creating toy that she did not have with her at the time.  Officials questioned her for three hours and even told her she could go to jail.  Have zero-tolerance policies finally gone too far?
