Some dissension since Pentagon Chief Leon Panetta lifted the ban on women serving in combat.  Some military women say there's definitely a difference between male and female physical capabilities.  Others say it's about time women could fight and be eligible for certain promotions.  Our question: if women are to serve in combat like men, should they now have to register for the draft as well?
