Man on the Edge - Unisex Bathrooms Everywhere?It might sound creepy to some, and a little too inviting to others, but the idea of unisex bathrooms in schools is being tossed around in many districts around the country. It's already the norm at one high school in Massachusetts. The big reason for these discussions is to give transgender kids a place where they feel comfortable. Just last week a mom and dad in Colorado sued to allow their six-year-old, who was born male, to use the girls' restroom. But in high school, should guys and girls be using the same bathrooms? The guys probably think so. The girls may have a different opinion. So does the idea of unisex bathrooms bother you? |
