On the upside, holding Halloween celebrations during the week means kids are wrapping up the sugar-binge a little earlier for school the next morning.  And most malls and churches make sure there are safe options available for kids during the week.  But for those of us of real partying age, does a mid-week Halloween mean fewer night-life options?  Or do the bookend events make up for the work-night holiday?  Robert Wilder hits the streets of uptown in this week's Man on the Edge.
