Man on the Edge: Boy Scouts Ending Gay Ban?

Tools

by FOX News Edge

Earlier today, word came out that the Boy Scouts of America is considering ending its ban on admitting gay members... sort of.  Actually, the organization is proposing a measure that would leave the decision up to individual chapters as to whether they will accept gay members or not.  Which means some chapters will likely say "yes", and others will say "no".

Some say the decision would give families options on whether they feel a particular troop meets the profile and culture they want.  Others may say it's only a "half-win" for the gay rights movement.

What do you think about the Boy Scouts' proposal?
