HOLLYWOOD, CA - FNR's Derek James was in Hollywood earlier this week and while there attended the premiere screening of FOX's "The X-Factor."  While at the premiere he had the opportunity to talk with judge Nicole Scherzinger.  Nicole discusses both the easy and the hard parts of being a judge on the show.
