Wedding Management(*)
If you wish to plan your entire wedding on your own but need a professional to help oversee the details, we offer the following services:
- 2 progress meetings to determine the facets of the wedding
- Walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
- Confirmation of all vendor services 2 weeks prior to event
- Create timeline for rehearsal, ceremony and reception to be shared with vendors and VIP
- family & friends
- Basic review of all vendor contracts
- Unlimited email access to consultant
- Etiquette Advisement
- Ensure final payments for all vendors
- Rehearsal Direction
- Wedding direction and 6 hours of supervision at the ceremony and reception
- 1 Lead and 1 Assistant for wedding day
Wedding Event Planner(*)
For the couple who wishes to plan a portion of the wedding themselves, our event planning services will give you the expertise and resources of a wedding professional while allowing you to obtain vendors on your own.
Services include:

- Budget Development
- Vendor Referral Service
- Walk-through of ceremony and reception sites
- Create itinerary for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception to be shared with vendors and VIP
- family & friends
- Review all contracts
- Unlimited email access to planner
- Attend final sessions with selected vendors
- Assistance with decorating/set up, and breakdown
- Etiquette Advisement
- Ensure final payments for all vendors
- Rehearsal direction
- Wedding direction and 8 hours of supervision at the reception
- 1 Lead and 1 Assistant for rehearsal and wedding day
Wedding Designer(*)
When the Bride and Groom want a unique and stylish wedding or are planning the wedding long distance, a more intricate and detailed service is available. There are many elements that contribute to the overall design of such a personal event. At this level of service, you get both the effective coordination of a professional event planner as well as the resources of a creative designer. Services available to you are included in above listings as well as a custom designed wedding concept. This is the ultimate level of service and style for the bride who wants every detail managed.

The planning and management fees for our professional services are best determined after the initial creative meeting. Once we establish the specific needs of your event as well as the vision for your day, we give a detailed proposal of costs and services offered. The lead designer offers every client a 30 minute initial appointment at no cost to begin the process of planning your great moment.
If additional services are required or requested fees will be discussed and approved by the client prior to event date.
