If you enjoy activities that get your heart pumping, this weeks One Tank Trip is for you.  Today Derek James takes us out to Xtreeme Challenge Adventure Center in Monroe where recreation can get a little extreme. 

Ten acres of high and low ropes course team adventures await you at Xtreeme Challenge, located just minutes outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, an 83-mile round trip.
