CHARLOTTE, N.C.--Terrance Bates and Derek James sound off about the open letter published in the local newspaper that blasted the owner of the Carolina Panthers, Jerry Richardson. 

The letter was allegedly written by PSL owners.  They claim the Panthers' organization is a pyramid scheme. 

Football is a business and businesses need to be profitable.
