CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Fifteen-year-old Cyrano wants to find a mom and dad that will care for him and guide him through his teen years. This week he told Rising host, Christine Noel, how excited he is for his upcoming 16th birthday. He says his birthday wish is to find an active family that loves him unconditionally. It's a wish he hopes will soon come true.
