Fox Charlotte's Anna Kooiman and the Waiting Child Team caught up with Dwayne at the Nature Museum in Greensboro. We first met him two years ago. Dwayne has grown a lot physically and emotionally. He is involved in ROTC at school and enjoys learning self discipline. Social workers say Dwayne is nurturing and caring, and has a very generous demeanor. Dwayne gets along well with other kids, both younger and older. He is well mannered and also enjoys communicating with adults.
