CHARLOTTE, N.C. - In the United States, over 400,000 children are living in Foster care- 9,000 of them are in North Carolina. Often times, when children are brought into Foster care, they lose all connection to their biological family members and other important people in their lives like teachers, friends, and coaches. To re-establish those connections, the Children's Home Society of North Carolina has  launched a program called the "Family Finding Program." The program recently expanded to several additional counties in N.C. including Catawba county and Mecklenburg County.. The expansion allows more families to reconnect with their niece, nephew or grandchild in foster care.

Please join us in making a difference to children in need.  Contact us or our partners and find out how you can help make a profound difference in the lives of these children.
