CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Fifteen-year-old Michael wants to find a mom and dad that will care for him and guide him through his teen years. This week, he told Fox News Rising host, Christine Noel, how excited he is for his upcoming 16th birthday. He says more than a car or teenage freedom, he wants an active, loving  family for his big birthday.
