CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Teasha Hemingway is an eighteen-year-old college student at Johnson C. Smith University. When she turned 18, she aged out of the foster care system but signed an agreement so she could remain in the foster care system until she is 21. She tells Fox Charlotte's Christine Noel that she is happy to be fulfilling her dream of going to college, but she is still waiting for a forever family to call her own.
