Pan Roasted Asparagus with Lemon and Parmesan

 

1 Pound-Fresh Asparagus-bottom end trimmed off

To Drizzle-Olive Oil

To Taste-Chef Troy’s Spice Mix-or kosher salt and black pepper

1 Each-Lemon-zest and juice of

To Taste-Parmesan Cheese-Grated

Directions:

Heat a large iron skillet to medium high heat.

Place asparagus on a sheet tray, drizzle with oil and roll to coat.

Season with Spice Mix and place in skillet.

Cook on all sides until tender and slightly charred, about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, grate on parmesan, lemon zest and serve.
