½ Cup Long Grain White Rice 1 Cup Water 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil To Taste Kosher Salt and Black Pepper 8 Each Shrimp-individually quick frozen shrimp 21-25-thawed or pre-cooked salad shrimp Add rice, water, oil, salt and pepper to a microwave safe dish and mix to combine. In a separate bowl toss shrimp with oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook rice in microwave for 8 minutes partially covered. Add the shrimp on top of the rice and cook for one more minute.
