Homeland Series Filming In MooresvilleMOORESVILLE, NC - Showtime's series Homeland, has been filming in the Charlotte area since the beginning of the year, and today they bring their crew to Mooresville. The show is a psychological thriller about a CIA Officer trying to unravel a suspected terrorist plot, starring Claire Danes and Mandy Patinkin. Homeland premiered a few weeks ago on Showtime, on October 2nd. The crew is expected to be filming all day on location at JJ Wasabi's Grill and Bar, which was renamed "Heritage Diner" for the show. |
