ROWAN COUNTY, N.C.--A man convicted of two murders in the 80's is now charged with molesting a four-year-old girl in Rowan County. 

The sheriff says Jimmy Farmer turned himself in on Tuesday.  He served 24 years in prison for beating his wife and daughter to death in Davidson County.
