CHARLOTTE, N.C.--A driver is facing charges after a crash killed a 14-year-old boy in Salisbury. 

Troopers say the driver was drunk and speeding at the time of the wreck.  It happened Sunday morning on Goodnight Road. 

The suspect is in jail under a $1 million bond.  The name of the driver has not been released.
