Father Charged with Murdering Six-Month-Old DaughterCHARLOTTE, N.C.-- Police arrest a father for the death of his six month old child. Police responded to Southern Comfort Inn on Tuckaseegee Road in reference to an infant who was not breathing. She was rushed to CMC-Main where hospital staff pronounced her deceased. Investigators have charged Todd Boderick with murder. They say he assaulted the infant which caused her death.
