Frankenstein Bandit ArrestedCHARLOTTE, N.C.--The suspected Frankenstein Bandit was caught and behind bars on Sunday night. Police say Eric Orr is the same man who wore a Frankenstein Halloween mask during several robberies last week. Officers arrested him Saturday on a stolen vehicle charge. Investigators say they have connected Orr to Robberies at three gas stations and a convenience store along Harris Boulevard. They believe he may also be responsible for at least three other robberies in the last two weeks.
