CHARLOTTE,NC--Officials at the Charlotte School of Law are looking into reports that a student brought a gun to campus.

A gun reportedly fell out of the student's bookbag inside a classroom earlier this week.

School officials said they couldn't comment because it's an ongoing investigation.

Weapons are banned on the campus and in the school's parking ares.
