Home Invasion Suspects Pose as Police OfficersCHARLOTTE NC -- Police are looking for three people suspected in a violent home invasion in West Charlotte. One of the suspects reportedly dressed like a police officer and said he was a probation officer. After breaking into the home on Avalon Avenue, the robbers forced three adults outside and pepper sprayed them. The robbers also took off with cash. An eight-year-old, also at home at the time of the robbery, slept through the attack.
