Joy Ride In Cop CarCHARLOTTE,NC--Police say a Charlotte women who took a joy ride in a CMPD cruiser bonded out of jail Tuesday night. Reports say Kacie Nelson, 26, jumped into an idle cruiser on Idlebrook drive in souteast Charlotte. Cops say she drove for over 4 miles then ditched the car on east Independence, Nelson was later apprehended by officers when they found her walking on the highway.
