IRON STATION, N.C.--A tip leads investigators to a suspected meth lab in Lincoln County.

Deputies say they found what they call meth precursors in plain sight at a home on Scenic Way in Iron Station.

Nineteen-year-old Chaz Roark has been charged with two felonies.  He is locked up in the Lincoln County Jail on $50,000 bond.

A record number of meth labs were busted in North Carolina last year.  The Attorney General's Office announced last week that there were 460 in 2012 compared to 344 in 2011.
