NC Child Porn Traffickers ArrestedNorth Carolina Attorney General Roy Copper says new technology is allowing authorities to find child porn traffickers who work to remain anonymous while dowlloading and trading images. In Operation Spyglass authorities arrested 25 men in the state. Two are from the Charlotte area. 70 year old William Warren from the Hickory Grove area is charged with possession of child pornography. 43 year old Reginald Peters of Indian Trail is also charged with possession of child pornography. Authorities executed 27 search warrants and confiscated computers with hundreds of thousands of images of child sexual abuse. Cooper says the youngest of the victims is three years old. Authorities are working to identify the children in the images. Operation Spyglass is an ongoing investigation of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and more arrests are expected.
