No Charges Filed After 10-Year-Old Pulls Gun on WomanAIKEN, S.C.--Police say they will not charge the guardian of a 10-year-old South Carolina trick-or-treater that pulled a 9-mm handgun on a woman who joked about stealing his Halloween candy. The woman threatened with the gun told police she recognized the kids on Halloween night and joked about taking their candy. The woman then stated that the child said no and pointed the gun at her. Officials say the gun was not loaded but the boy did have ammunition on him. The boy's brother told police that he also had a gun. Police believe the children took the guns from their grandfather without permission. |
