Police Arrest Man For Breaking Into University City Area Homes

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Police arrested a man for allegedly breaking into several homes in the university area of Charlotte. 

Investigators say a citizen called 911 after they saw a man push open a window of an apartment at the Barrington Place apartments on Avebury Drive. 

Based on information police gathered on the scene, they were able to obtain arrest warrants for Travion Chisholm. 

He has been charged with three counts of breaking and entering, two counts of larceny and two counts of possessing stolen property.
