Police Catch Man Breaking Into Car In UptownCHARLOTTE, N.C.--Police say they arrested a man for breaking into a vehicle while they were working a larceny from auto prevention operation. Undercover officers saw Timothy Kennedy bust out the window of a parked vehicle on S. Church Street in Uptown. Officers immediately took Kennedy into custody. He has been charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. |
