CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- A Repo man is no longer in the hospital, after the owner of a car he was picking up in southwest Charlotte shot him in the shoulder.

Police charged Navoid Russell with assault with a deadly weapon and shooting into an occupied vehicle. He apparently got angry when he learned his car was being repossessed and chased after the tow truck.
