RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — A Winston-Salem man says everyone has to have a hobby, and his is a lucrative one.

Retired home builder David Settle has taken home winnings for the third time in three years, claiming a $100,000 prize playing a $4,000,000 scratch-off game.

The North Carolina Education Lottery says Settle and his wife split a $3 million prize in November 2010. Nearly a year later, he won $100,000 playing the same $200 million dollar game.

Settle said he plans to use a portion of his latest winnings, worth $68,006 after taxes, to travel and help his children.
