Police Search For Suspect Who Cut Off Monitoring DeviceCHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Donald Blakney is wanted by the Violent Criminal Apprehension Team (VCAT) on outstanding warrants for larceny after breaking and entering, felony possession of stolen goods, and interfering with an electronic monitoring device. Police say Blakney cut off his monitoring device after failing to appear in court Tuesday. CMPD has had a total of 19 monitors cut off in 2012.
