Girl Scouts Cutting Back On Cookies

The Girl Scouts are tightening their belt and cutting back on cookies.

Cookie lovers said "no, thank you" to Girl Scouts' "thank you berry much" cookie, and it seems they found the "dulce de leche" cookie a little dull.

The Wall Street Journal reports the girl scouts will sell just six varieties of cookies from now on.  Shortbread, samoas, peanut butter patties and lemon cream cookies are safe.

However, there will be no more “thank u berry munch” or “all abouts” (those shortbread cookies dipped in fudge) which were both considered flops in years past.

Other duds included the healthier varieties offered in the trans-fat-free craze in 2007 and the "diabetic-friendly" sugar-free chocolate chips.
