FULTON, N.Y.--A New Year's resolution helped a man lose 200 pounds.
Jay Wornick and his wife both decided they needed to lost some weight. Jay weighed in at 366 pounds when he started working out.
Ten months later, Jay has lost 198 pounds.
The 30-year-old father said a typical meal used to include a 20-ounce steak, three potatoes and a 12-pack of soda.
Now he eats fruits, vegetables and lean meats. He also works out six days a week.
