RALEIGH, N.C.--The pharmacy at the center of the Meningitis outbreak blamed for seven deaths has issued a voluntary recall of its products.

The CDC says there are more than 90 confirmed cases in nine states, including two in North Carolina.

The victims contracted a rare form of Meningitis from steroid injections used to treat back pain.

Patsy Bivins says her first shot seemed like a godsend for her chronic pain.  Only three health care facilities in North Carolina received the recalled steroids.

Those facilities are located in High Point, Durham and Wilson.  A clinic in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina also received the drug.
