LANCASTER, SC -- A 911 call gives more insight into what happened before a deadly officer-involved shooting in Lancaster.  A resident called 911 saying a woman was driving drunk near Grace Avenue last Thursday morning.  Deputies arrived at the scene and pulled 55-year-old Ingrid Mayer over for erratic driving.

"She's very intoxicated," said the 911 caller.  "We carried the baby to school, and we got back and she was in the middle of the road, and we couldn't even get in the driveway.  When she got out, she couldn't even stand up."

At some point after deputies arrived, they shot and killed Mayer.  The sheriff isn't saying how the traffic stop escalated into a shooting, or if Mayer showed a weapon.  Three deputies were placed on administrative leave.
